The name

Cohesive synchronization

People, work, knowledge, and AI shouldn't operate as separate systems. When everything moves in sync, fragmentation disappears and a business runs as one connected whole. That principle shapes everything we build.

Who's behind it

Why I'm building Cohesync

I've always been drawn to taking something fragmented and making it make sense. It started with tutoring mathematics while I was studying aeronautical engineering. Then I moved to Boston for a Master's in Engineering Management, because I wanted to understand how engineering, business, and people come together.

I joined Avi Networks as its first and only program manager, holding releases and cross-team execution together as the company grew toward $35 million in annual recurring revenue. VMware acquired Avi, and the product line scaled toward $150 million, and then Broadcom acquired VMware.

Three companies, two acquisitions, one pattern. Engineering, sales, and support each worked from their own version of the truth, and the context that mattered most kept getting lost between them.

The tools built to fix that were aimed at tech companies. But a restaurant owner or a contractor has the same problem, with fewer people to absorb it. Cohesync is my answer. I'm documenting the journey on LinkedIn, pivots and mistakes included.
